How to Opt In to SMS
SMS consent is optional and is never required to register, purchase, or use any part of MembersOnlyShopSupplies.com. You may opt in through any of these three methods:
- Registration — at /register, the final step shows the optional, unchecked SMS box below.
- 24-Hour Pricing Preview — at /24, an affirmative SMS consent checkbox appears directly under the phone field.
- Account Settings — existing customers toggle SMS on/off (off by default) under Account → Settings.

Who Sends Messages
MembersOnlyShopSupplies.com may send SMS text messages to the mobile phone number you provide at registration or in your account settings.
Types of Messages
- Order confirmations and status updates
- Pickup ready notifications
- Delivery tracking updates
- Reorder reminders for your frequently purchased products
- Membership status alerts (trial expiring, renewal)

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS opt-in during registration or in your account settings, you consent to receive text messages from MembersOnlyShopSupplies.com. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Promotional messages (reorder and membership reminders) are limited to up to 6 per month. Transactional messages tied to a specific order you place (confirmation, status, pickup-ready) are sent as those events occur — typically up to 5 per order.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You can also turn off SMS notifications in your account settings, or contact us directly.
