Returns & Refund Policy

We accept returns on defective or damaged products within 30 days of pickup.
Because our automotive paints, clearcoats, hardeners, and chemical supplies are
consumable and quality-sensitive, we do not accept returns of opened or used
non-defective products. This keeps every product you buy factory-fresh.
What We Accept
- Defective products — items that arrive damaged, leaking, expired, or that fail to perform as specified.
- Wrong item shipped — if you received a product different from what you ordered.
- Unopened, resalable items in original packaging may be returned for store credit at our discretion within 30 days.
What We Cannot Accept
- Opened or partially used non-defective paints, clearcoats, hardeners, reducers, or other chemicals (safety and quality regulations).
- Custom-tinted or special-order products.
- Products returned more than 30 days after pickup.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us within 30 days of pickup with your order number and a description (photos help for damaged items).
- We'll confirm eligibility and tell you whether to bring the item back to our location.
- Approved defective returns are replaced or refunded to your original payment method.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, or Zelle) within 5–10 business days of inspection. There is no restocking fee on defective items. For approved unopened non-defective returns, store credit is issued.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange a defective or incorrect product for the correct item at no additional charge. Just contact us within 30 days.
