Who can join?

Although Members Only Shop Supplies is open to any business or person, we have selected and designed our products primarily for auto body shops and the technicians who work there.

How much does membership cost?

Every new member receives a 90-day free trial with full member benefits. After the trial period, membership is $9.99/month or $99/year.

How do I sign up?

Just click the "Become a Member" button to start your 90-day free trial period.

Can I add staff members to my account?

Sorry, at this time we only provide one user log-in per account.

Ordering

How do I place an order?

Create an account, then browse our inventory on our website or download our iOS or Android app. If on-line ordering is not your thing, then members can call us at (213) 433-5525 and place your order the old-fashioned way. But for faster service, on-line ordering is recommended.

What payment methods do you accept?

For order deposits, we accept Visa, Mastercard and Zelle. The remaining balance can be paid when you pick-up your order using the same deposit methods or by company check or cash. We offer this service to members who want to avoid the 3% credit card processing fees.

Can I reorder quickly?

Yes — your order history is in your account. Just find a past order and repeat it, or browse your usual products.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum order quantity. Order what you want, when you want.

Shipping & Pickup

Do you offer same-day pickup?

Yes. Orders placed before noon are usually ready for same-day pickup. You'll get a notification when your order is ready.

Do you deliver?

Sorry, at this time we do not offer delivery. You'll need to pick-up your orders to get our deeply discounted prices. Plan ahead and visit once or twice a month to maximize your savings.

How do I know when my order is ready?

You'll receive an SMS and/or email when your order status changes. Make sure your phone number is current in your account.

What brands do you carry?

For most products, our Kas Apple brand is featured. Our management team's 60+ years of industry experience was used to select and develop our Kas Apple products.

What if a product is out of stock?

You'll see the stock status on each product page. If something is out, join the notification list and we'll alert you when it's back.

Do you sell to the public?
